This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Marais Sicile in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There will be renovation works as from the 24h of November to renovate the facades of the building located next to our building and on the other side of the street as well. The visibility/lights in our apartment will not be affected as they works are not for our building. But, there may be noise disturbance during the day ( 08:00 - 17:00 ).
