Please inform Guildford Manor Hotel & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are welcome to use the spa facilities from check in at 3pm until 11am on the day of departure. Please note treatments and massages are available and need to be booked in advance. Bedroom images shown on our website are of certain room types but may not be the actual room you will be allocated to your booking. Guildford Manor is a busy wedding/event venue and as such does play host to events Friday, Saturday with music possibly played until midnight, whilst we do try and allocate rooms away for the sound this does depend on room types. On arrival you will be asked for a £50.00 per adult pre-authorisation fee, which can either be used to pay your bill or will be released back to your account on departure.
