This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent bed linen for 12 EUR per person and towels for 8 EUR per person. Should they wish to do so or they can bring their own. Please note that energy charges are not included in the booked rate. They will be deducted from the paid security deposit.
