For stays of 1 week, keys are available at 17:00 and must be returned at 10:00. The price includes bed and bath linen, television, free access to the outdoor swimming pool of the residence in the summer and all taxes and charges (except the city tax). The bunk beds are not suitable for children under 6 years. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
