The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. There are restricted times for use of the pool by children under 16 years of age. Kids splash times are between 9am until 10am & 4pm until 6pm. Booking for Linden Restaurant is recommended before arrival, especially on Friday and Saturday evenings. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation. All infants aged 2 years and younger stay free of charge in a cot/crib. Please note the maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. Guests are advised to book dinner in advance. Booking tables for breakfast and afternoon tea can be booked by the reception team upon check in. Please note that the hotel doesn't accept any cash payments.
