The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. The restaurant is often very busy, it is advisable to make dinner reservations at the time of booking. Our swimming times for children are 09:00 – 11:00 and 16:00 – 19:00. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Only Breakfast is available on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. No room service or restaurant meals will now be available on Christmas Day. On New Years Eve restaurant, room service and bar food will not available after 6pm. Ticketed black tie event only after 6pm.
