Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Children’s Spa Policy Children’s access timings are between 07:00 to 09:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. Children’s access guidelines: Pool: • Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the pool by at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times • Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Pool Jacuzzi, Steam room and Sauna room: • Children from the age of 8 to 15 years must be supervised in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna at least one adult aged 16 or above, at a ratio of two children to one adult at all times • Children below the age of 8 years are not permitted in the Jacuzzi, steam room or sauna Gym: • Children below the age of 16 years are not allowed to use gym facilities Please note, for Non-Refundable bookings, guests are kindly required to present at check in the same credit card used to to make the reservation.
