You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. At the sole discretion of the Lyttleton Lodge management or Booking.com, bookings consisting of multiple rooms and multiple days maybe required to prepay. The prepayment amount may depend on the number of room nights booked. If the guest decides to decline the prepayment requested, the management reserves the right to cancel or change the reservation. Additionally, management reserves the right to cancel any booking not typical of the types that are supported by Lyttleton Lodge, ones that may have an adverse effect on it's future business, take up a disproportionally large share of the available rooms, or are deemed to be not genuine in the option of the Lyttleton Lodge or Booking.com.
