This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. No adult groups accepted. No stag parties, no hen parties. No entry to the property if the full caution of €500 has not been paid beforehand. Noise after 10.00 at night will result in the full caution of €500 being retained. There will be no refund of any of the caution. The property must be left as found with a full clean, or an agreement to pay cleaning charges which will be determined on the final inspection.
