All our City Studios have frosted glass windows (to keep it private) however, this can reduce natural light. Dog Stays - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property. Storage of luggage after 23:59 on the day of arrival and/or departure (storage is free until 23.59 pm on the day of arrival and/or departure). Gym Disclaimer - Guests are now all required to sign a gym disclaimer in order to be able to use the gym. Gym - The use of gym facilities is subject to guests signing a mandatory disclaimer, acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of use of the gym. This policy applies to all properties equipped with gym facilities and the form of disclaimer will be made available to guests at those properties. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.
