Lochend Apartments cannot guarantee a lift in each building, please contact us prior to arrival with all request Car parking is issued on a first come first serve basis, we cannot guarantee parking. Please note that not all apartments have lift access. Guests should request lift access to the apartment at the time of booking. For flexible rates, Lochend Serviced Apartments will charge your card the accommodation and deposit on the day of arrival with the card provided to Booking.com. If you wish to pay by alternative methods please request this prior to arrival however this cannot always be guaranteed. Non-refundable bookings will require a pre-authorisation to the card used at the time of booking upon arrival. If you would like to use alternative card details please inform the property prior to arrival. Please inform the property of the number of guests, and if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly. Please note that all the guests are requested to confirm house address, email address and valid mobile number. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. At check-in, a valid driver’s license or passport will be required to be shown from the person who is the lead guest on the booking. The card holder of the card used to guarantee the booking must be present at the reception and must show photographic identification at the time of check-in. If the card holder is not present, the guest may be refused entry. If you plan to check-in after 17:00, please contact Lochend Apartments in advance, to arrange late arrival procedures. Extra beds requested are foldaway beds. All guests must be 25 or over (excluding families with children). A valid ID document will be asked upon check-in. Please note that the apartments are cleaned including a full bed change with clean bed linen and towels once per week for stays of 7 days or more. For stays under 7 days, the property provide clean towels on the third day. Pets are welcome upon request only and there will be an additional GBP 20 charge per pet per night. The property will not accommodate guests whom reside in Edinburgh with a EH postcode. Car parking is on a first come first serve basis and so we advise to request parking prior to arrival, their is a charge of £10 per car/van per night.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
