This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Apartment with Sea View can only accommodate children 6 years and older. The top floor studio and roof terrace have restricted access and therefore may not be suitable for guests with mobility restrictions. Children are only allowed on roof terrace and spa area under supervision of their parents and at their full responsibility.
