You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After the reception closes at 22:00 there will be no one to open the door for you. Therefore, please indicate your approximate arrival time. Late check-in can only be arranged upon request. Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. Please note that the swimming pool is open by reservation only and for 1 hour / day per customer and for 4 people maximum.
