The studio is located in an interior courtyard which it is not owned but with a right of way. The studio is located in the historic district of Panier. Please note that it is not possible to access Rue du Poirier by car between the hours of 6:00 and 11:00 as the area is pedestrianised. It is possible to reach the studio by taking the Montée des Accoules, which is a pedestrian area where guests have to climb 30 large steps. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, please call the property in advance and they will be happy to help you.
