A damage deposit of NZD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Lakeside Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 3.15% charge when you pay with a credit card.
