A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening times: Monday to Friday: 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 Saturday: 16:00 to 20:00 Sunday : 10:00 to 12:00. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that only cash or French cheques are accepted as methods of payment for extra charges and deposits. Please note that water and electricity are not included in the rate and need to be paid on site. Please note that TV is available at an extra cost of EUR 29 the 1st week and EUR 15 per additional week. This is subject to availability and upon prior request during the reservation process. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning fee are included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out.
