Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the credit card used for booking and the corresponding photo identification will be requested upon check-in. E-card and Nickel card payments are not accepted. The relaxation area costs EUR 12 per person, per hour and is open from 11:00 to 20:00 each day, except on Mondays when it will be closed for maintenance until 13:00. Access to the relaxation area is not allowed for children under the age of 12 and must be reserved at the property or by telephone. Please note that car parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Please note that in-stay cleaning is not provided for stays of less than 7 nights.
