Please note that the shuttle service is available from Venice Marco Polo Airport from 9:00 until 20:30,on request and subject to availability. Due to the limited number of seats available it must be reserved in advance. The wellness area includes steam room, sauna and mood showers. Open daily from 5 PM to 10 PM. A €10 admission fee per person applies. If you plan to arrive to Venice by car, you can park at Venice Marco Polo Airport and book the private shuttle service. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Otherwise payment will be requested by another means, and the original card used for the booking will be re-credited. If the name on the credit card used for the booking does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted at the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 25 per night applies. Only dogs under 25 kg are allowed, and a maximum of 2 per room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
