Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in a key box on the ground floor and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Please note KSpace @ The Point do not operate a reception. Checkin is via a keybox on site. For stays of over 7 days, cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Pets are allowed upon request, a charge of £10 per night applies and a pet deposit of £150 will be taken.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
