This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bookings are only accepted from guests aged 18 years or older. Please note that photo ID matching the name on the credit card used to book with is required on arrival. A pre-authorisation of GBP 150 will be required upon arrival to guarantee against damages or incidental charges. For any prepaid accommodation we will require for the card holder to present the same card at time of check-in which was used at the time of booking.
