If it is used and the host hasn't this knowledge, the price can be updated considering the stay as being for 4 guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please respect silence hours between 10 pm and 8am. The equipment available for guest use are only those listed in the Booking.com listing. Parties are not allowed. We appreciate if you let us know if anything spoils or breaks so we can replace it. When you leave the apartment, please switch off all the electronic devices, turn off the lamps and don’t forget to close the windows and the doors, even if you go out for only a few minutes. Guests are responsible for taking the garbage out. Failure to comply with these rules may give rise to expulsion from the apartment, with no right to reimbursement of any amount.
