Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Kameha Grand Zurich, Autograph Collection in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, that extra beds are not available in the Premium room types. Shuttle bus transfers to and from Zurich International Airport are available every 30 minutes from 6:30 to 23:00. Please approach Check-in Allways desks in both airport terminals for arrangements. Or you can take tram line 10 from the airport, direction Zürich Bahnhofsplatz, to the Glattpark stop.
