Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price. Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht per time and includes linen and towels change.
