Important Information

Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to the client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel. Please note, car parking is offered on a first arrived, first served basis. An additional charge applies of GBP 29 per day. Children are welcome to use the pool area however those aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult cannot supervise more than 2 children.The supervising adult must be physically in the pool. Guests are advised due to the extremely popular Brighton location, at times traffic on Kings road and car park access can take some time. Please do consider this when planning your journey.
