The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A 50% prepayment deposit via PayPal is required to secure your reservation.
