Keys can be picked up at the reception from Mon-Fri 15-18, on weekends and holidays 15-16 or use the virtual reception and pick up the keys even after reception opening hours, in which case the keys will be in the depository where the apartment is located. To use this option, contact the staff the day before. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required upon arrival. In the case of New Year's Eve or occasional parties, the deposit is PLN 1000. Payment is made by credit card. The amount paid should be refunded within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full to your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
