Photo identification and credit card used at the time of booking are required upon check-in. The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation. The fitness centre including a swimming pool, public bath and sauna is available for an additional fee. To use the fitness centre, guests must be 20 years and older. Please note, the fitness centre is closed on the third Tuesday of each month due to facility maintenance. The free shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes between Imperial Hotel Osaka and JR Osaka station.
