About Pets: - Dogs and cats weighing up to 15 kg (maximum 1 pet per apartment) are welcome! - We do not accept wild animals. - The guest must sign the pet's accommodation responsibility form upon check-in. - All Pet Friendly areas are identified. Respect the signs and, in case of doubt, consult a hotel employee. - The entry with the pet will not be allowed in the food and beverage areas or the pool, gym and event areas. - We love pets! But some people may not feel comfortable or even fearful. Therefore, whenever you are in a common area (Lobby, Corridors and Elevators), I keep your pet on a leash, on your lap or in boxes/carrying bags. - The use of the guide is mandatory in all external and common areas for guests. - Avoid leaving your pet alone. If it is necessary to leave it in the room, for the team to perform any service inside the apartment, the presence of the tutor or signed authorization will be mandatory. - We know that pets bark and meow, but excessive noise can bother other people or even other pets. If this happens, it is the tutor's responsibility to calm you down or take you for a walk. - A copy of the Vaccination Card will be required at the time of booking and the original must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. - We recommend that animals are vaccinated at least 15 days before the date of entry into the hotel. Otherwise, it is important to note that the guardian is responsible for any type of illness that the pets may contract in the hotel during their stay. - The rabies vaccine must have been applied for more than 30 days and less than 01 year. Proof of this vaccination is mandatory and non-presentation is reason for refusal of reservation and stay at the hotel. - Feeding the pet is the responsibility of the tutor. If you need to purchase any food or product for your pet, the reception can offer referrals to specialized stores in the region or delivery services. You can request water all the time. - You are responsible for your pet's health. If your pet has an accident or gets sick, consult the reception to locate the nearest veterinary clinic. - We hope that it does not happen, but the same goes for the case of death during the accommodation, either by natural death or due to previous pathologies. The guardian is the only legal guardian in this situation. - Any material damage caused by the pet or in cases of incident with injuries to other people or pets, the guardian is solely responsible for providing assistance to the victim and for the expenses. - The cleaning and collection of waste (liquid or solid) in the room and other hotel facilities is the sole responsibility of the tutor. - The guardian must authorize the hotel to charge the equivalent fair amount upon check-out. - The hotel may suspend accommodation at any time, in case of non-compliance with the rules and conduct. - Fee charged: R$ 50.00 + 2%ISS. The guardian is 100% responsible for the behavior, well-being and hygiene of your pet during the entire time it is staying. Remember that the hotel welcomes guests with and without pets. Pay attention to the signs of the places where pets are allowed or not and the rules of good coexistence.
