Please note that parking is available with a surcharge of BRL 32 each car, per day. Please note, pets are welcome but only one per apartment up to 15kg and will be applied a fee of R$31.50 per day. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check-in at hotels, unless they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardian. If the minor is accompanied by an adult who is not one of the parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check in at the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the documents of parental identity. All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid identity document, with a photo, that proves their identity and that of their parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his parents. You must present a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
