Outside the key collection hours, the client has the option to pick up the keys in a mailbox. This service has an extra cost of 25€ per booking. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the spa area. Children under 3 are not allowed in the indoor pool. A swimming cap must be used in the indoor pool. Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen every 7 days. Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.
