We are pleased to announce that Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort has officially gained SHA Plus certification by Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) demonstrating our hotel product and service readiness and compliance with sanitation measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please be informed that the beach in front of the resort is not suitable for swimming. ===== The resort provides a complimentary scheduled shuttle service: - from the resort to Kamala Beach (11:00, 13:00, 14:00) - from Kamala Beach to the resort (14:15, 16:15, 18:15) Seating is available on a first-come, first serve basis. ===== Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. In an event where the guest name does not match the name on the credit card, the total reservation will be charged with the guest checking in and any fees charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking will be refunded back. ===== Please be informed that an extra 3rd person (children and adults) staying in the "Club" rooms with access to the Regency Club Lounge will be charged a different amount for the Children and extra beds additional fees. This fee will be inclusive of the Club benefits as well as breakfast.
