The property offers floating (Morgan, Morgan 1, Morgan 2, Morgan 3, Julietta, Kristofer, Bugatti and Nikson) and stationary units (Apartment - permanently moored in Marina - don't sail). Houseboat cruising is possible after completing training in swimming. Training fee is PLN 250 (only floating houseboats). License is not required. From October 1 to May 1 Houseboats do not sail due to the lack of navigational markings on the water. The fee for a dog is PLN 75 PLN per day per dog.
