Guests bringing children should communicate the ages of all children prior to arrival. The following cancellation policy applies to bookings of 10 rooms or more: free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival, 90% of the first night will be charged. To ensure that your four-legged friend can also enjoy your visit to Hamburg to the full, we have bowls, blankets and a small surprise ready for accommodation. Please contact us directly if you would like to bring your dog with you. We will then check the availability of the "dog rooms". For bookings of 5 rooms or more, we reserve the right to apply different cancellation and deposit conditions.
