Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel cooperates with the Cornavin underground car park. Further information is available at the reception. Please inform the hotel in advance about the exact number of guests and the age of children travelling. The reception is located on the ground floor. Porterage is available. Please note that the same credit card used for the reservation has to be presented upon check-in.
