Important Information

Guests should inform the hotel in advance of their car registration number if they wish to unload luggage at the hotel door. This is because the area is restricted to traffic. Although reception is open until midnight, guests arriving after 20:00 are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. All the above information can be noted in the Special Requests box when booking or by contacting the property. Please note that breakfast is served from 8.30 - 10.00 and there is a supplement for breakfast outside these hours. Hotel Roca-Mar is located in Benidorm's old town, for arrivals by car please follow these directions from Elche Park at the end of Avenida de Los Almendros. o Turn left into the pedestrian zone. o Stop at the traffic lights, press the inter-com and state that you are coming to to leave luggage at Hotel Roca-Mar. o Take the first street on the right after the traffic lights, in the direction of the old town. o Take the second street, Calle Condestable Zaragoza and then the first street on the left, Caretera Quatre Canton, Hotel Roca-Mar is located here. Please note that after check-out, guests can use the hotel facilities at an extra cost. Please note that the use of the sun terrace and gym is not included in the room rate. Guests wishing to keep their scooter inside the hotel must pay EUR 10 per day. Double scooters are not allowed. If you have to do quarantine in the establishment, the client must pay the total cost of the extension of their stay and of the companions who must remain in isolation by direct contact, as well as the expenses of breakfasts, lunches, dinners, extras and other expenses, daily. Likewise, you will have to pay for these expenses if during your stay you test positive in COVid. This service will be paid at the time of order and during the established hours.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
