Renovation work is done from Monday, 1st April 2024 to Saturday, 31st August 2024, daily. The entire building is under renovation. Some rooms may be affected by noise and odor. Please note that some rooms may not have views or use of balconies. The hotel's free shuttle service runs as follows. From Kawaguchiko train or bus station, or Fujikyu Highland: between 15:00 and 20:00. Please call upon arrival. From the hotel to Kawaguchiko train and bus station: every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 11:00. The hot-spring bath is open from 06:00-24:00.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
