You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. To validate the provided credit card details a deposit of EUR 0.01 (1 euro cent) will be charged to your credit card upon reservation. This amount will be deducted from your total expenses upon checkout. Please note that a safety deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after inspection of the room. Please note that the restaurants are often fully booked. Guests are advised to make a reservation well in advance. A cash deposit or credit card is required upon check in. If you use a debit/credit card to check in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals, through your date of check-out and such hold may not be released for 5 business days from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
