Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For the reservations where prepayment is needed, guests are required to pay via 3D secure system in order to guarantee reservation. Property will get in touch with the guests for more details after booking. Please note that this is a Kosher property. Extra bed is provided as a sofa bed in all room types. Please note that the room for disabled guests is available on request only and has to be confirmed by the hotel. Please note that the dishes served at the hotel are kosher. Please note that entrance to hotel SPA and Mikvah bath have limited opening time: only for men 06:00 - 14:00, only for women 14:00 - 18:00, opening time for all is from 18:00 till 22:00.
