Please note that the private parking facility of the hotel closes daily from 00:00 until 07:30. The hotel free parking, from 07:30 to 24:00, is the same as S. João General Hospital (external consultations). After 24:00, access to the hotel is via a public park (Bragaparques) which has an elevator with a direct connection to the hotel. The cost of this park is 4.5 EUR per 24 hours, paid and validated at the front desk. Please note that a credit card valid on the date of check-in should be provided to guarantee the reservation. Please note that pets are not allowed during the dog shows or contests. Please note that all guests, adults and children, staying at the property must show a valid identity card or passport with photo, or equivalent document (e.g. birth certificate). Minors not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorization to stay, issued by the holder of rights of custody. Please note that it is mandatory to declare in case there is a child in the reservation. In accordance with Government guidelines to minimize transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID19) this property may request additional documentation from Guest to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant info during the dates where such guidelines exist. The hotel is located above the "Campus" Shopping Center. To access it, you will have to enter through the first large gate on your right, the same one that indicates "Hospital de Dia". There is a steep climb and at the end a roundabout when you go around the roundabout you will be facing the barriers that give access to the hotel (orange barriers).
