Public holidays may affect the reception's opening hours. Hotel reception is open from Monday to Saturday from 9AM to 10PM and on Sundays and public holidays from 10AM to 8PM. It is possible to check-in after the reception closes. Prior to arrival, the property will send check-in instructions via email. Guests under the age of 18 must send a parental consent form in advance. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The check in time for Deluxe Apartment is between 3PM and 10PM from Monday to Saturday and from 3PM to 8PM on Sundays. The property's courtyard will undergo a façade renovation until the 31st of October 2024. During this, the windows in the rooms facing the courtyard will be covered. Any noisy works will not take place in the early hours, late evenings or on the weekends.
