You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival. If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling. If guests cannot provide an authorization form, they are required to pay a deposit of EUR 250 in cash upon arrival at the property.
