There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat).
