Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Piscine partagée/Shared Pool is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property directly if you need an extra bed in the room. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the beach and restaurant are open only in summer season from june to end of septembre, (contact the hotel for exact dates), its weekly closure on mondays and tuesdays. Pool access badge and gate: A deposit of 20 euros in cash will be required for the pool access badge and for the hotel gate. This amount will be refunded in full on the day of your departure when the badge is returned. (One badge per room). Our hotel is located inside a condominium, with secure entry and exit. The hotel swimming pool is shared with the resident co-owners.
