You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests paying by credit card might notice a difference in room rate due to the hotel's currency exchange rates. Cash payments are available in EUR and CZK. If guests need an invoice for their stay, they are kindly asked to send to the hotel the company details and their e-mail address. Invoices are always sent by e-mail within 5 days after departure.
