You will receive the link by e-mail 3 days before arrival. Our hotel door closes at 10:00 p.m. After that, access is only possible with a PIN code. In case of late arrival after 20:00 please contact the hotel at least 1 day before your arrival. You will then receive the PIN code. The hotel arranges a limited shuttle service upon request and subject to availability for a fee of CHF 6.00 per person and trip. For more information please contact the property directly. Zermatt is car-free. You can park your car in a parking garage in Täsch and then continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
