This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of BRL 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The same care must be taken with children at all times, and never leave them alone. 8) The use of the Condominium pools is from Tuesday to Sunday and holidays, from 07:00 to 22:00. 9) The sauna and gym can only be used by people over 14 years old, and in the company of their guardian. 10) It is not allowed to leave shoes or other objects in the hall, outside your apartment. 11) Food or drinks are not allowed in the pool area. 12) Smoking is prohibited in any area.
