Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. No cash payments are accepted. The same credit or debit card used to book must be physically present on check in to be pre-authorised for full reservation costs plus an additional £50.00 per apartment as a guarantee against any damages or additional charges. Check-in with other or multiple methods of payment will not be allowed. Private parking is possible on site and costs GBP 20 per day. Car parking reservations are mandatory. In the Two-Bedroom Apartment, alternative bed configuration is available. It cannot be guaranteed. When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that, we are presently undergoing renovations on a portion of our studio one and studio twin apartments, resulting in limited availability for immediate occupation.
