Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel requires the full payment for the accommodation on check-in. Please note that the credit/debit card used to make the booking must be presented on arrival. The hotel requires a physical credit card to be present on arrival for a pre-authorisation. A digital credit card on a mobile phone is not valid. Please note that parking is for guests only and costs £12.50 per night. Guests that wish to use the health and leisure facilities next door to the property must pay a fee of GBP 6 per person. Entry vouchers can be purchased at reception. Please Note that 'Transfer' is a taxi costing from £18.50GBP one way. When arriving at the hotel, kindly be aware that there are two car-parks, one for Nuffield Health and one for the Holiday Inn. Please ensure you park in the Holiday Inn’s car-park (situated to the right as you drive in) to avoid a parking fine from Nuffield Health.
