Important Information

Please note that the hotel no longer has the following facilities available as of 20 March 2019: Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room. Hotel guests can check-in any time after 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out time is any time before 12noon on the day of departure. A security pre-authorisation of GBP 50 per night is required upon arrival for incidentals on a credit card. This pre-authorisation is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodations. The pre-authorisation hold can take up to 7 days to release back into the guest's account. We have a number of parking options, including discounted parking at Highcross Rooftop car park, when validated by the hotel. Or an NCP car park is adjacent to the hotel, payment is made directly to the car park and NCP rates can be found on their website. Vehicles are left in the car park at the owner’s risk. Limited car parking spaces are available at the hotel for guests requiring accessible car parking and for vehicles over 2.05 metres including coaches. These cannot be pre-booked and are subject to availability upon arrival. Please be advised that the card used for Advance Purchase rate reservations will need to be presented at the time of check-in. Failure to do so will result in an alternative payment required or refusal of check-in. Please note the hotel runs Christmas parties in the evening during November and December which finish at 00:30. During these events, there will be limited restaurant service at the property. Supplement charges may apply for 3rd and 4th adult in a twin room. Please note that the property currently only accepts payments by card.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
