Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that any paid bed and breakfast reservation will be served with Sahour meal (instead of normal breakfast), and half board packages reservations will include Ramadan Iftar and Sohour.
